Date and Battery Level Error (Syncing Error)
I want to start off by 1st thanking you for buying my clock face: your support is appreciated! The problem is not the clock face, however, but the Versa itself. Your problem sounds like your Versa has lost its current sync; this is very common, and a very easy fix. Don't fret, it's not broken! Mine has gone out of sync before as well. This just seems to sometimes happen randomly. The 1st and easiest fix—if your Versa feels cooperative—is to swipe over to your settings icon, click on it, then it will load in to your settings. Wait here a second, then simply exit your settings menu and your problem should be solved. The 2nd way—if this doesn't work—is to go back in to your settings menu and scroll down all the way to the "About" button and click on it. Once you do that, you will see a shut down option; go ahead and shut down your Versa and wait about a minute, then you can power it back on by pressing the button on the left side and holding it down for a second or two (the button by itself). This will then power back on your Versa and reconnect it with everything, thus fixing your sync error and then displaying your correct date or battery level. I hope this helps you, and good luck!
Code Entry
I have received a number of emails with the codes for K Pay in them, so I wanted to address this issue here and clarify instructions to make things easier for you—my supporters. I greatly appreciate everyone's emails and your support by purchasing my clock faces, but these codes are strictly for the K Pay process; thus, I—as the developer—can do nothing with them. These codes that you receive instead go into the website listed on your Versa above that actual code. Once, you get to this website it's very easy to input your code, and then you will be synced with K Pay and be able to continue with your transaction. I have included a screenshot of what this looks like on the Versa and the website you will be redirected to so you know where to place your codes.
